Pack Mover A4

The PROTEC Pack Mover A4 is a new system for processing cut sheets in the size range A4/A5 to a preselected count. Accurate counting using the B.Matic exclusive Dual System that does not deform the corners ensures security of product count. The conveyor outfeed allows either one or several Pack Movers to be attached to various wrapping machines to produce the style of pack required. The motorised preloading station allows "non stop" counting of batches thus increases the efficiency of the system.

The PROTEC paper counter is the heir to the PROTEO counter, and is equipped with touch-screen technology and a new mechanical handler based on the DUAL SYSTEM double-blade aspiration system (B.MATIC patented). Optical statistics and mathematical counting are out; the sheets are counted one by one.

This is the only paper counter able to count batches of cardboard and plastic; it even tab-inserts separators.

PROTEC MINI sheets counter is the table version of PROTEC sheets counter. The optimization of the applied technologies, allowed us to create an easy, compact and economical machine suitable for medium-low production volumes (up to 1,000,000 sheets/month), keeping all the technical features, which make our sheets counters unique in the market.
